Retirement of our production manager Michael Müller
At the end of June, ISO-ELEKTRA held a goodbye barbecue for its long-serving Production Manager, Michael Müller, to celebrate his well-deserved retirement. Many colleagues and members of the management team took this opportunity to thank Michael for his commitment, expertise and humanity over the last 25 years.
Mr. Müller began his career at ISO-ELEKTRA in 1999. Just one year later, he took over the role of Production Manager and became an authorized officer. As well as his production responsibilities, he was active in technical sales for many years, playing a key role in developing new products and processes. He originally started his professional career at Siemens, later working as a navigator in the German Air Force – an experience that shaped his structured, goal-oriented way of working.
In his farewell speech, Mr. Müller emphasized the importance of occupational health and safety in production, an issue that had always been of personal concern to him:
‚It has always been most important to me that all colleagues go home healthy at the end of the day.‘
A special moment was the symbolic handover of his famous jar of sweets to the management — a cherished ritual that many employees will remember.
We are delighted that Michael Müller will continue to support the company as a consultant, bringing his experience, knowledge, and eye for the essentials.
The entire ISO-ELEKTRA team would like to say: Thank you for everything — see you again soon!
