Innovative potting compounds and cable boxes from ISO-ELEKTRA

Our 55 employees develop, produce, and distribute cable accessories and potting compounds for the electronics and electrical engineering sectors.

Depending on the delivery program or customer-specific requirements, our products are based on polyurethane, liquid rubber, silicone, or epoxy resin. Taking individual customer requirements into account, the high quality of our products and our many years of experience are key factors in our company’s success. Raw materials for polyurethanes and auxiliary materials such as putty and sealing wax round off our range of services. In the service division, we work for you in the areas of contract manufacturing and contract filling for chemicals.

At our site in Elze (Germany), we produce an average of 15,000 kg of casting compounds and raw materials per day, which are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. ISO-ELEKTRA products are delivered to five continents and are used successfully in energy supply, electrical engineering, construction, and the automotive industry.

Company history

As we approach our 120th anniversary in 2026, we reflect on our eventful history, which began in 1906 with the establishment of Richard Cordes AG in Elze.

Throughout this period, we have not only observed technological advancements, but also actively contributed to them. Our contributions range from bitumen casting production during the post-war era to the development of innovative two-component casting resins and contemporary, training-free polyurethane (PUR) systems.

Our history, spanning more than a century, shows that continuity and innovation can coexist.
