ISO-CURE® HDI Isocyanates

Aliphatic cyclic trimers based on hexamethylene diisocyanate

ISO-CURE® HDI isocyanates are aliphatic cyclic trimers based on hexamethylene diisocyanate. These types consist of isocyanurate or materials derived from it. They are suitable for the production of hydrophobic casting resins, varnishes, adhesives, and other coating materials. This is particularly the case when a high level of light fastness is required. Various hardener grades with differing residual HDI monomer contents are available. If the diisocyanate content is < 0.1%, no specific training is required for handling. These isocyanates are compliant according to EU Directives 2011/65/EU (“RoHS”) and 2015/863/EU (“RoHS III”).

Area of application

For the production of hydrophobic casting resins, varnishes, adhesives, and other coating materials.
