ISO-RC® Cold Cleaner HP89-5 is a mineral oil-based solvent-containing cleaner for surfaces as well as mixing and dosing systems on which polyester and polyether polyols are processed in combination with MDI, TDI, HDI and IPDI. The product is RoHS compliant according to EU Directives 2011/65/EU (“RoHS”) and 2015/863/EU (“RoHS III”).

Storage and transport
Store in a dry and airtight, closed container at 10 – 35°C. Can be stored for at least 24 months in original sealed containers under the above conditions. Short-term deviations during trans-port and storage are acceptable.
Cleaning
To clean, wet the surfaces thoroughly with the cold cleaner using a brush or a scouring pad, or place parts in it. After the cleaner has taken effect, clean / wipe it down mechanically.
Processing
During processing, make sure to wear full safety clothing – especially safety glasses and chemical-resistant rubber gloves – and ensure good ventilation. The cleaner and contaminated liquids must not enter the groundwater.
