ISO-RC® Cold Cleaner HP90-1
ISO-RC® Cold Cleaner HP90-1 is a solvent-based cleaner for surfaces that are cast with casting resins based on polyester and polyether polyols in combination with MDI, TDI, HDI and IPDI. The cleaner is also suitable for cleaning the resin line section of mixing and dosing systems. ISO-RC® Cold Cleaner HP90-1 shows a medium polarity, is miscible with water and – caution – reactive with isocyanates. The cleaner is completely biodegradable. The product is RoHS compliant according to EU Directives 2011/65/EU (“RoHS”) and 2015/863/EU (“RoHS III”).

Storage and transport
Store in a dry and airtight, closed container at 10 – 35°C. Can be stored for at least 24 months in original sealed containers under the above conditions. Short-term deviations during transport and storage are acceptable.
Cleaning
To clean, wet the surfaces thoroughly with the cold cleaner using a brush or a scouring pad, or place parts in it. After the cleaner has taken effect, clean / wipe it down mechanically.
Processing
During processing, wear full safety clothing – especially safety glasses and chemical-resistant rubber gloves – and ensure good ventilation. Waste must be disposed of as solvent-containing waste.
