ISO-RC® Screw Lock Varnish 3000 is a solvent-based, fast-drying one-component varnish for securing and sealing screw connections. Unauthorized manipulation or loosening can be easily detected by damage of the varnish. It has excellent adhesion on almost all surfaces. The cured varnish prevents screw connections, nuts and other components from accidentally loosening. Chemical resistance is excellent. ISO-RC® Screw Lock Varnish 3000 is available in many colours. Special types with, for example, UV indicators and various viscosity settings are also available. Due to the thixotropy of the varnish, it can also be used for partial coatings of components. The product is RoHS compliant according to EU Directives 2011/65/EU (“RoHS”) and 2015/863/EU (“RoHS III”).

Delivery form
Tubes of min. 18 g (≈ 20 ml) and min. 54 g (≈ 60 ml), cans and bottles of 500 g and 1000 g available. Other delivery forms on request.
Storage and transport
Store in a dry and airtight, closed container at 10 – 30°C. Can be stored for at least 12 months in original sealed containers under the above conditions. Short-term deviations during transport and storage are acceptable.
Processing
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt durch Auftropfen auf das saubere Bauteil. Auch von senkrechten Flächen tropft der Lack nicht ab. Von Flammen fernhalten, nicht auf heiße Oberflächen auftragen und für eine gute Durchlüftung sorgen.
